Metro League: Taguig ousts San Juan

Taguig sealed the first spot in Southern Division Finals of the Metro League Reinforced Conference after romping Solid San Juan, 110-75, at the STRIKE Gymnasium on Thursday night.

Jonathan Uyloan went 5-for-7 from long range and finished with 22 points, six rebounds, and five assists for second-seeded Taguig, which opted not utilize its twice-to-beat advantage and went for the kill instead.

Grevanni Rublico added 21 points and one rebound, while Emman Ojuola chipped in 14 markers, 10 boards, two dimes, one block, and two steals.

Richmond Gilbero finished with a perfect 4-for-4 from the field and contributed 11 points alongside two rebounds, three assists, and one steal.

Michael Cañete came up with 15 points, four caroms, two dimes, and three steals for Solid San Juan.
