India Prime Minister Narendra Modi is celebrating his 69th birthday on Tuesday. As the wishes are pouring in for the Prime Minister from all over the world, various sports personalities also took to social media to extend their wishes to Modi.

While Legendary India cricketer Sachin Tendulkar recalled PM Modi's clean India mission that has been an 'inspiration' to millions, current India captain Virat Kohli wished the Prime Minister success in his pursuit of achieving his missions for the country. On his birthday, PM Narendra Modi is on a visit to his home state Gujarat. The Prime Minister reached Ahmedabad on Monday night, where he was received by a host of supporters, including Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani.

He started his special day with his mother Heeraben Modi. The Prime Minister will also be performing a puja at the Narmada district of Gujarat. The puja will be part of the Namami Devi Narmada Mahotsav which is being organised by the Vijay Rupani government to mark the rise of water levels --138.68 metres -- in the Sardar Sarovar dam.

Ahead of his birthday, BJP workers in Delhi led by party MP Manoj Tiwari celebrated Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday at the India Gate on Monday night.
