United fans are disgruntled by the fact the club is yet to make a single signing during January.

A deal for Bruno Fernandes is believed to be close, with the Red Devils set to fork out £60million for the midfielder.

That’s set to be their first foray into the January transfer market, having missed out on top target Erling Braut Haaland.

Fernandes’ agent was reported to be in Manchester on Friday to iron out the final details of a deal, which will be the first major step towards chaining United’s fortunes of late.
