12 noon – PCU-D vs CEU

2 p.m. – Olivarez vs TIP

4 p.m. – Diliman vs LPU-B

Defending champion Diliman College stakes its unblemished record while Centro Escolar University hopes to produce back-to-back wins in the PG Flex Linoleum-Universities and Colleges Basketball League at the Olivarez College gym in Parañaque City.

The Diliman Blue Dragons gun for a sixth straight win in their 4 p.m. tussle with the Lyceum of the Philippines-Batangas Pirates, while the CEU Scorpions collide with the Philippine Christian University-Dasmariñas Dolphins at 12 noon.

Diliman remains a force with an average margin on 21.8 points a game, including a 90-62 blowout win over then undermanned CEU last week.

Expected to sustain the Blue Dragons’ charge are Robbie Darang, Johnnel Bauzon, Kevine Gandjeto and Abdoulaye Niang, who all finished in double figures against the Scorpions.

The Lyceum Pirates, meanwhile, hope to ride on the momentum of their 63-59 triumph over the Dolphins last Monday to improve their 3-2 mark.

Like Lyceum, CEU seeks to hike its 3-2 mark after coming off an 85-68 win over Technological Institute of the Philippines three days back with a full crew.

Out to lead the Scorpions are Franz Diaz, Eric Tuadles, John Carandang and Maodo Diouf.

Lowell Castro and Arsene Mulunda, for their parts, banner PCU-D in their bid to bound back from back-to-back losses that put them at 1-4.

In the other match, Olivarez College (4-2) and TIP (1-5) battle at 2 p.m.
