Brisbane barrister charged with perjury

A Brisbane barrister has been slapped with perjury charges amid a corruption investigation into a law firm.

The Toowong man, 51, will appear before the Brisbane Magistrates Court on December 21, the Crime and Corruption Commission said in a statement on Friday.

He faces two charges of perjury arising from Operation Stockade, a CCC investigation into the activities of a Brisbane-based law firm.
