Chicago Area as of 11/19/2018 9:04 PM When there was NO Police officer present Shot & Killed: 449 Shot & Wounded: 2236 Total Shot: 2685 Total Homicides: 527 If I look at race of Victims shot by other regular citizens (non police) for the above: 78 percent were African American 13 percent were Hispanic 7 percent were White or Asian 1 percent were other and this above is in an overall Metro Area that is only 20 percent Black. IF I was to add the third ring suburbs to the above, the African American Victim Murder percentage would be about ~73 percent of all murders where no police officer is present. Maybe focus on solving THAT instead, Colin? Statistically, we are not sure that the Chicago murderers are Black. The reason we do not know: For most Chicago Murders, "no one" will offer witness testimony. Could be White guys driving in daily from Peoria into the Chicago Austin Hood to area to shoot people just for the fun of it? Maybe it is Ferris Bueller and Cameron pullin' the trigger? Your thoughts? I guess only God knows. Let's make things safer and better for our Americas Black neighborhoods by INCREASING police support ...
