DALLAS (AP) — The Latest on the death of a man who testified at the murder trial of Dallas police officer Amber Guyger (all times local):

A second suspect has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a witness who testified at the murder trial of a former Dallas police officer.
The Dallas Police Department said in a statement late Tuesday night that federal deputy marshals had arrested 32-year-old Michael Mitchell in Marksville, Louisiana.
Another suspect, 20-year-old Jacquerious Mitchell, is in critical condition in Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas with a gunshot wound.
Police say they and 22-year-old Thaddeous Green are believed by investigators to have come from Alexandria, Louisiana, to Dallas to buy drugs from Joshua Brown when an argument erupted with Brown shooting Jacquerious Mitchell and Green shooting Brown dead.

Shouting and shoving broke out during the first meeting of a community oversight board for Dallas police after the panel adjourned without taking public comment.
Dozens of activists were irate that they wouldn't be heard Tuesday night. They cited police Chief U. Renee Hall's recent acknowledgement of alleged irregularities in the investigation of former police officer Amber Guyger, who was convicted of murder in the fatal shooting of a neighbor inside his apartment.
Shouts of outrage aimed at the board led to pushing and shoving between the activists and police providing security. Finally, Hall intervened and said she wouldn't let people leave the room "acting like animals."
She persuaded the crowd to take seats, and many aimed their comments at board members, stating their fears that they'd serve mainly to protect the police. But Hall wrapped up the public comments by assuring the crowd that her department and the committee did not oppose the community and appealed for unity.

An attorney for the family of a man who was shot to death days after testifying at the murder trial of a former Dallas police officer is calling for an outside investigation into his killing.
Attorney Lee Merritt, who represents the family of Joshua Brown, says "a cloud of suspicion" sits over the death of Brown, who was fatally shot on Friday, two days after jurors sentenced former officer Amber Guyger to 10 years in prison for killing her neighbor.

But Merritt said afterward that an agency other the Dallas Police Department should investigate Brown's death so the findings will be viewed as "authentic and reliable."

Dallas police say three men are suspected in the killing of a man who testified at the trial of a Dallas police officer who killed her upstairs neighbor.
Assistant Chief Avery Moore said at a news conference Tuesday that the three men from Alexandria, Louisiana, will face capital murder charges in last Friday's killing of Joshua Brown.
Moore says the three were in Dallas to buy drugs from Brown, who was fatally shot at a Dallas apartment complex. He says the killing was not tied in any way to Brown testifying at the murder trial of former officer Amber Guyger, who was sentenced last Wednesday to 10 years in prison for killing her neighbor, Botham Jean.
Brown lived on the same floor as Jean and testified about what he heard the night Guyger killed him.
