What most annoys me about Mike Dean, is the air of certainty that he has when awarding free kicks, corners, etc. I still recall a free kick he gave against Sanchez, from which our opponents scored a goal, tugging at his own top with such certainty to explain why. And just as against Burnley with the corner, a replay of the incident clearly showed Sanchez hadn't touched the opponent's shirt. The linesman, too, on Saturday pointed his flag at the corner crescent with such sureness, despite obviously not actually seeing what happened.
