"Manresa Bread Partner and Head Baker Avery Ruzicka debuts Easter offerings, with specialty items now available for nationwide shipping; pre-order for pick-up at the three Bay Area retail locations; and a dine-in menu for the Campbell all-day café.
"Highlights from Ruzicka’s line of house-milled and naturally fermented offerings include Strawberry Apricot Panettone; Chocolate Babka; Fig Walnut Babka; Tomato Asparagus Quiche; and more.
"Panettone and Babka can ship nationally to the lower 48, while whole
quiches are available for pickup April 19-21. Panettone and Babka are also available for pick-up along with the quiches.
"Items are available for pickup at all three Manresa Bread locations (Los Gatos, Los Altos, Campbell) from April 19th,-21st (please allow 3 days for orders to be fulfilled). For example if you plan to pickup on the 21st, you must order by the April 18th.
Pick-up is available from April 19th-21st at all three locations during hours of operation. Los Gatos and Los Altos are open from 7am-3pm (or until sold out) and Campbell is open from 7am-8 pm.
"Guests dining at Manresa Bread Campbell for Easter brunch will enjoy weekend highlights such as Burrata and Asparagus Toast; Vegan Spring Vegetable Soup; and Doughnuts in addition to existing menu favorites like the Croissantwich with bacon and hollandaise; Coconut Pearls Breakfast Bowl featuring blood orange and strawberry jam; and Ruzicka’s daily array of breads and laminated pastries.
"To round out the month, Ruzicka and Manresa Bread Campbell Chef Karen
Lujan will offer bagels for a one-day pop-up at the all-day café, on
Wednesday, April 24. Selections will include House-Milled Sourdough Bagels
with three sandwich options: Smoked Whitefish Salad, Fried Egg and Cheese,
and a Crudité Veggie option featuring the early spring harvest.
"To accompany the bagels there will be three Bloody Mary options each
showcasing a different spirit and flavor profile."
