Let's hope that the author is correct that BoJo becomes the most pro-Israel PM in British history. But JustMe is also correct (and the author is something of an ignoramus on British politics). There is deep suspicion regarding the Wallace appointment. Will Bojo keep him on a short leash? Will the new Defence Minister unequivocally defend British tankers against Iran in Gulf waters? Will he assure bilateral defense trade with Israel remains robust and increases?

Time will tell.
