Trump's administration has already instituted a policy where, once captured, an illegal alien is permanently ineligible to apply for amnesty in the U.S.

After winning a victory at the Supreme Court, the Trump admin USCIS is now, as of Feb. 24, implementing the "Inadmissibility on Public Charge Grounds" final rule nationwide, where amnesty applicants taking welfare benefits for 3 months are automatically deported. The rule applies to green cards and visas, too.
