The much-anticipated World Championship Derby takes center stage on May 21 at the Henares Multi-Purpose Bldg. in Pasig City, according to the big-time cockers hosting the top event.

Gov. Ito Henares, Richard Perez, Eric dela Rosa and the Firefly Group noted that ace breeders from all over the country are taking part.

The first day will be a four-cock affair while the second day on May 23 will be the five-cocker.

As usual the policy of the NCA will be strictly enforced: sportsmanship, honesty, firefly, and transparency.

The NCA is the only organization that is financing four students in the University of the Philippines, Los Baños: Two are taking up veterinary medicine, and the other two are taking agriculture major in poultry science.
