AJ Styles 'still not signed contract' as he's linked to WWE exit

AJ Styles has still not signed a new contract amid speculation he'll quit WWE to join All Elite Wrestling. Styles has been touted for a WrestleMania 35 match with Randy Orton , but AEW are reportedly ready to offer him megabucks and an easier schedule.

Styles was at the top of the WWE Title scene until losing the belt to Daniel Bryan in mid-November. The 42-year-old Styles still has not signed a new WWE contract, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter and Wrestling Inc .

His current deal is believed to expire in April.

Styles is thought to have told friends that he will re-sign with WWE, and it is widely expected that he will stay on.

AEW are thought to be ready to top the huge sums Styles is currently being paid by WWE.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that AEW were not expecting Styles to switch, but they would want to sign him if he was interested in leaving WWE.

Styles is also the dream opponent of AEW Executive Vice President Kenny Omega, as he revealed in a recent interview with Tokyo Sports.
