Ziva Dhoni had a field day at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton as India stormed to victory over South Africa in their opening match of World Cup 2019 on Wednesday.
As Ziva enjoyed herself in the stands, her father MS Dhoni joined forces with Rohit Sharma to help India chase down 228 after a nervous start against South Africa. Rohit Sharma went past Sourav Ganguly's tally of 23 ODI hundreds while MS Dhoni scored a fluent 34.
Ziva Dhoni is a constant feature in Chennai Super Kings matches in the Indian Premier League. Last year, she was seen dancing and pleading for her father to come to her even as he played one of the greatest IPL knocks in history.
In 2019, as CSK reached the final yet again, Ziva was all over social media with her sweet videos.

But India, the most popular team in world cricket, got off to a roaring start when Yuzvendra Chahal and Jasprit Bumrah restricted South Africa to 227 for 9 off their 50 overs. Shikhar Dhawan and Virat Kohli fell cheaply before Rohit Sharma shared crucial partnerships with KL Rahul and MS Dhoni to steer India to victory.
Ziva Dhoni is sure to be a regular in all India matches and her photos and videos look set to go viral. She was born to Sakshi and MS Dhoni in 2015 days before the World Cup got underway in Australia and New Zealand.
Back then, MS Dhoni had famously said he would wait to meet his new-born daughter as he was on national duty. 4 years later, MS Dhoni will have Ziva and his wife for company as he travels across England for the World Cup.
