Report: Tottenham Hotspur hunt Paulo Dybala, believe deal is possible

Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino is said to be a huge fan of Paulo Dybala of Juventus.

According to the Daily Mail, Tottenham Hotspur have been planning to sign Paulo Dybala from Juventus for a month, and there is now real belief that the Argentine could be secured .

Mauricio Pochettino is a huge fan of the Juventus forward, and Tottenham have already been in contact with the Italian side over potentially bringing him to White Hart Lane.

Spurs believe that Dybala could be the perfect partner for Harry Kane, as they look to improve their attack.

Dybala’s form at Juve dipped last season, following the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo, and there is a real belief around Tottenham that the Argentine international may be willing to join them.

Tottenham are prepared to break their transfer record for Dybala, and realise he could cost around £80 million.

If Tottenham were to sign Dybala it would arguably be the biggest transfer move any Premier League side have made this summer.

Dybala is a world-class player, who is proven at the very highest level.

Spurs have tended to buy players with potential, but Dybala is entering his peak years.

And if Spurs do complete the transfer then they would have to be considered as a major threat to Manchester City and Liverpool in the race for the Premier League title.
