Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham has decided to refuse talks over a new contract at Stamford Bridge, according to transfer expert Ian McGarry. Abraham reportedly wants assurances over his game time under Frank Lampard before he commits to a new deal. Abraham is Chelsea's top scorer in all competitions this season with 16 goals.
However, the Blues academy graduate has not been the first choice since the resumption of the Premier League , starting just two of the seven Premier League matches Lampard's side have played.
Olivier Giroud has started the other five and McGarry says Abraham is concerned the arrival of Werner will harm his game time further.

"The striker seems to be in no hurry to get a pay rise unusually, given that he is relatively lowly-paid regarding other players in the team.
