For the sake of a sick relative I hope Putin orders him to put a national healthcare plan in place. Abe of Japan, all the european leaders and just about everyone else there have one but us. There is no longer any excuse for us not having one and I say that as a former Reagan democrat. We can not keep going the way we're going.
