Funeral and visitation plans have been announced for Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson who died of pancreatic cancer Saturday at age 80. Public viewing for Patterson will be from 1-7 p.m. Tuesday at the Conference Center of the L. Brooks Patterson Building, 2100 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford. Visitation, also open to the public, is 3-8 p.m. Wednesday and 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday at Woodside Bible Church, 6600 Rochester Road in Troy.
