Woody Harrelson Explains How He Became the Happiest Dude Around

T hroughout the process of making our September issue, starring national treasure Woody Harrelson, we learned an awful lot about our cover man. You can read all about that here , but outside of what you'll read in the pages of the issue, there was one thing that shined the brightest about Woody: He just seems so damn happy .

But, how does he do it? As it turns out, living in Maui doesn't hurt. Woody's day-to-day, outside of his career, seems to have a lot to do with bopping around his neighborhood, catching up with friends, and playing "Beersbee," which according to beersbee.com is:

Beersbee ® brand flying disc games are pretty basic, but yet a lot of fun. Game play involves two poles approximately 36 feet apart or as desired. Increase distance to increase game difficulty. Teams of 1 or more players. Place target on top of pole, try to hit your opponents pole or target to score points, one throw per team alternating. Each player must stay behind their pole at all times. Yes, anything that involves beer and a flying disc is a great formula for happiness, but there's more to it than that. Woody's Guide to Happiness calls for some quality time with family and a good amount of pop culture thrown in. His go-to movie is Cool Hand Luke , and his playlist includes Willie Nelson and The Beatles classic "I Am the Walrus."

Don't take my word for it. Watch Woody Harrelson's Guide to Happiness above, and maybe start looking into Maui real estate. It's, uhm, not cheap .
