LOS ANGELES (AP) - The Michael Jackson estate is warning the U.K.’s Channel 4 that a documentary on two men who accuse the singer of molesting them as boys violates the network’s programming guidelines.

Estate attorneys say in a letter to the channel released to The Associated Press on Monday that the documentary “Leaving Neverland” includes no response from Jackson defenders as required by the station’s guidelines for factual programming.

The document echoes a letter the estate sent to HBO on Friday calling the allegations “disgraceful” but focuses on Channel 4’s standards.

The two channels co-produced the documentary that premiered last month at the Sundance Film Festival. It airs the first week of March on Channel 4 in the U.K. and HBO in the U.S.

Channel 4 did not immediately reply to an after-hours email seeking comment.
