Filipino Photographers Sell Their Works to Benefit Frontliners

Back in July 2019, a network of Filipino photographers banded together to help victims of the 2019 Batanes Quake by selling their photos online. This same group of photographers is once again coming together to help the heroes on the frontlines of the war against COVID-19.

Bayanihan para sa Pilipinas is a Facebook page formed by Filipino photographers to raise funds by posting and selling their best photographs.

“We would like to once more extend our help to our fellow countrymen and frontliners battling the COVID-19 outbreak in our country,” said the group in a message to Esquire Philippines .

“If you are interested again to be part of Bayanihan Para Sa Pilipinas advocacy, you may send your photos that you would like to sell to our Facebook page . Kindly include your photo’s frame size, price, and your contact details.”

The group will be selling photos that showcase breathtaking places in the Philippines. Proceeds from the sold photos will be used to fund testing kits, personal protective equipment (PPE), and care and food packs for health workers and frontliners fighting COVID-19. The group partnered with Oplan Hatid Laban sa COVID in procuring and distributing the items.

Below are some of the photos being sold in Bayanihan para sa Pilipinas.
