American Airlines Makes Anti-Racism Training Mandatory After NAACP Issues Travel Advisory

Its a great point, but the most recent issues have been with cabin crew, and (idk how many lvls of) customer service. Overbooking and complete and utter mismanagement of weather and scheduling seems to be a huge part of the issue too. I don’t know why you wouldn’t have contingency plans for airports that have frequent weather issues. Vs forcing 2 Agents to tell 500 people “oops, sorry”. (Yeah, I get that it’s greed, but they’re losing repeat business.)
