Four people, including two pilots, have been killed when their rescue helicopter crashed in Portugal.

The wreckage was found near Couce outside the city of Porto early Sunday, according to media reports.

The helicopter was reported missing on Saturday evening.

The chopper had reportedly just taken a patient to a hospital in Porto when it went down.

The two pilots, a doctor and a paramedic died in the crash. Officials do not know what caused it.
