As long as it's consenting adults, drugs, booze, sex and gambling should be what state and local jurisdictions say it is. You can always move to or from it...but it shouldn't require giving up living in the United States. The TENTH AMENDMENT isn't just for abortions and healthcare. (So, take drugs out of federal law, overturn Roe v. Wade and end Obamacare...why is it that self-righteous conservatives only want the latter two? By the way, I'm a conservative...Libertarian.)
