China is a culture that has no integrity or ethical boundaries.. And those students also don't have any issue cheating.. Microsoft certifications are worthless because they let Asia run their own certification testing centers... But yeah my daughter is an Electrical Engineer.. in college the Chinese students cheated on everything... they had 18 students on one group project... and they just pretended they didn't understand english when the professors tried to get them to split into the 4 student project groups.. worst part is they handed in the same group project as another group of chinese students from the previous term...
